Become A Campus Coach

Your role as a campus coach is to have influence with the students in a First Priority Campus Club. These students need your leadership and guidance. You are the coach. Let them play!

Job Responsibilities for a Campus Coach

1. As an invited guest, ATTEND club meetings and provide assessments to the Student Leadership Team if requested. You may not attend meetings on a regular/consecutive basis per the Equal Access Act

2. Upon request, meet with the Student Leadership Team & Faculty Sponsor for PLANNING MEETINGS to advise in implementing the TEAM Strategy

3. PROVIDE First Priority resources available for clubs upon request

4. Encourage new Christian students and their follow-through friends in the FOLLOW-THROUGH PROCESS

5. Be involved with First Priority REGIONAL NETWORK lunch meetings as your schedule allows and communicate regularly with your Regional Coordinator.

6. As the Student Leadership Team initiates conversations with you relating to the club, always ENCOURAGE the leadership to fulfill the purpose they committed to in their Club Constitution and to discuss any denominational issues with their local church. 

7. INVOLVE YOUR CHURCH in the ministry of First Priority by developing prayer initiatives, supporting through missions giving, providing volunteers for events and helping us find potential Campus Guides or Club Parents
